General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Golden Oasis apply to all the offers, orders, products, agreements and deliveries of Golden Oasis. By ordering a product you agree to these conditions.

Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form. After payment is complete, Golden Oasis will process your order. Until that time Golden Oasis will remain full owner of the products in your order.
2.2 To confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail on the email address that you provided during Check Out.
2.3 Images from the website can be slightly different from reality. Golden Oasis jewelry is handmade and the jewelry is mainly made of natural materials. So sometimes your article can show a little difference in the finishing touch.
2.4 All prices of the items are displayed in EURO, include 21% Dutch VAT, but exclude any shipping costs.
2.5 Golden Oasis has the right to change text and images on the website, without giving notice first.
2.6 If an item from your order has gone out of stock, you’ll receive a message about this immediately.
2.7 Only one discount code can be used per purchase, unless Golden Oasis explicitly indicates that discount codes can be combined.
Shipment Costs and Transport
3.1 Golden Oasis may charge shipping costs for sending an order. These costs depend on the value of the shipment and the location of the delivery address. The Shipping Costs are calculated during Check Out.
3.2 For orders outside the European Union, Customs duties may be due for payment by the receiver. Golden Oasis is not responsible for these costs.
Delivery
4.1 Golden Oasis will send the order as soon as possible after payment. The delivery time depends on the shipping location. The Shipping Costs and Delivery Times are calculated during Check Out.
Payment and Payment Methods
5.1 At Golden Oasis you can choose from various secure payment methods: PayPal, iDeal or Klarna.
Returns and Exchange
6.1 If you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days after receiving the order. The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging. Golden Oasis reserves the right to refuse returned items.
6.2 In the event of an exchange, the exchange will take place after the original order has been returned to Golden Oasis and has been checked. Shipping costs for the replacement are to be paid by the customer.
6.3 Made-to-order items cannot be returned for a refund, but a gift card with the value of the originally ordered item will be provided to the customer.
6.4 Items that will be returned or exchanged must be sent to:

6.5 When your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be transferred to the payment method you chose to complete the original order. You will receive an email confirmation that the amount will be paid within a few days. Please note that the refund on the credit card always depends on your bank.
6.6 Golden Oasis reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in the same condition as they were when shipped or items that are returned beyond the prescribed period of 14 days after receipt.
Warranty
7.1 Golden Oasis gives 6 months warranty on its article from the day that is mentioned on the invoice, bought on goldenoasis.nl. The invoice is also your warranty, so our advice is to keep it well.
7.2 Golden Oasis does not give warranty for:
- Abuse and negligence
- Natural wear & tear
- Stains caused by chemicals, such as detergents, perfume, hairspray, soap, lotions or chlorine
